日本語がよくわかりませんが注文は可能ですか？

Q：I don't understand Japanese well, can I still place an order?

A：We would like to inform foreign customers or those who do not understand Japanese.

To prevent problems, please place your order with a Japanese person or a person who is more fluent in Japanese than the average Japanese person.

Please refrain from placing orders, contacting us, asking questions, or requesting quotations from people who do not understand Japanese.


The reasons for our refusal are as follows.

1、In order to avoid troubles caused by lack of understanding of product specifications and prices due to misunderstandings of minute nuances caused by language expressions.

2、To avoid problems at a later date due to misunderstanding because of difficulty in understanding Japanese.

3, To avoid problems caused by requesting an estimate of the total amount of the shipping charge without your name, address, or telephone number, and with no payment method yet determined (e.g., "address unknown = shipping charge cannot be calculated")

4、If you or the recipient cannot write down the correct address, we will not be able to deliver your order.

5、If you cannot write your telephone number correctly.

6、It is impossible to communicate with the recipient over the phone.

For the above reasons, in order to prevent problems, please place your order with a Japanese person or a person who is more fluent in Japanese than the average Japanese person.

As stated on the other page, we do not accept orders for single items or a small number of items for overseas shipment or orders from overseas.

We decline all orders, contacts, questions, and requests for quotations for projects that fall into the above categories.

ご遠慮を頂いている理由について。

1，言語表現に起因する微細なニュアンスの行き違いによる商品仕様・価格などの理解不足によるトラブル回避のため。

2，日本語が理解できないために誤解が生じ、後日トラブルになることを避けるため。

3、ご自分の　お名前・住所・電話番号を伏せて、決済方法も未定のまま総額料金の見積もりを依頼するなど（　例＝住所不明＝送料計算が出来ません。　）に起因するトラブルを回避するため。

4、ご自身もしくはお届け先の住所を正確に書くことが出来ない場合。（届けられません。）

5、電話番号を正確に書くことが出来ない。（電話が通じない）

6、電話で意思疎通が出来ない。（日本語で会話ができない。）

以上の理由からトラブル防止の為、日本人もしくは平均的な日本人以上に日本語が堪能な方にオーダーをご依頼下さいませ。

なお、別ページにも明記しております通り、単品～少数商品の場合の海外発送および海外からのオーダーはお受けしておりません。
